Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be happy with the purchases you make. If you're not satisfied, you may return or exchange the following within 30 days of the receipt processing:

  • Any toy or other item in its original, new condition and packaging (packaging cannot be ripped or damaged)

  • Any non-holiday themed items

We give you store credit as long as your product meets the above conditions and you can verify the purchase with a receipt. Without a receipt, you may be eligible for partial IN STORE CREDIT ONLY. Return credit amount without a receipt will be based on recent sales and promotions.

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Just return the item directly to us, and we'll work to replace the item or resolve the issue.
